Details    
Frame:
 
Robust welded steel frame from rolled steel sections. At front and rear and in the middle heavy cross members. Large king pin plate at front. Strong rear Protection bar.
Landing gear:
 
2 landing legs with large foot plate, lower part telescopic, fixed in upper and lower position by a cotter pin
Axles:
 
1 unsteered axle, fix mounted to frame / 2 unsteered axle, build as tandem with parabolic/leaf spring suspension.
Container guides:
 
A.) Corner guides with container pin on each corner and guides in the middle on each side with or without container pin
B.) Cornerless frame design. At front and rear and on each long side strong guides for positioning and fixing of containers and retractable stopper for 20`and 40` container
Finish:
 
All steel parts are blasted to grade SA 2,5. The paint system is of height quality with excellent resistance against industrial and sea water atmosphere. Dry film thickness of 100 microns.
