Chassis: The gooseneck chassis frame construction consists of double welded double T-longitudial-beams, crossmembers and heavy duty travers beams. 12mm king pin plate with 2 positions for a 2" king pin. Manually 2 gear operated landing legs with large foot plates and a lifting capacity of 24 tons. Side guards and underrun guards are bolted to the chassis. The twist locks (12) are of GSE origin. The front twist lock is a double lock type for 40' and 20' ISO container. The 20' container stands on the double lock in the front and on a hinge lock at the rear. Optional a 10' long checkered steel working platform at the rear for forklift operation can be installed.
Running Gear: Axles, Suspensions
3 low maintenance axles with a capacity 9,000kg of each, brake size 180x420 mm, spring centre 1,300mm, track 2,040mm with automatick slack adjuster, air suspensions with lifting and lowering device as well as security steel wire ropes.
Wheels and Tyres
6 tyres of 385/65 R 22.5, European brand of manufacturers choice, steel rims with 10 studs, hub centering/double centering.
Brakes
Dual circuit pneumatic brake system with ABS, AGS, ACB-4 S 2M accourding to latest EU rules and regulations. Spring brake air chambers, parking brake system on 2 axles.
Electrical System
24 V system with 2 sockets (7 pin SAE), 5 chamber lights, side marking lights with reflectors.
Accessory
6 plastic mudguards with mud flaps at the rear, 2 wheel chocks with holder (zinccoated), distance meter counter, 2 rubber buffer at rear, 3 Ro Ro lashing on left and right side.
Painting: All steel parts are sand blasted to SA 2.5, primered and uni coloured coated.
Options: Lifting axle, disc brakes, maintenance free parabolic leaf spring suspension, lifting and lowering device for the front axle only, 10' working platform, Anti Theft device.
